Healthy States Policy Academy on the Prevention of Childhood Obesity

The purpose of the event was to provide an interactive forum for legislators to explore a range of policy options for addressing public health issues, learn research results about the effectiveness of various policy approaches, and examine opportunities for state innovation.  Regional and national experts shared strategies, techniques and state program examples.
